The top bucket also gets a drilled hole. This one must go in the exact center of the bottom of the bucket that sits on top. This hole is where the filter will attach. Garrett here doing a great job of making sure his drill doesn't slip. If you look closely at any 5-gallon bucket, you'll see a knob there...it doesn't make drilling easy.
