Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Bag Whole Cranberries
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water or Orange Juice
- Zest of one orange
- 1tsp ground cinnamon (or 1 stick)
Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil, then reduce heat to medium and continue to boil until all cranberries “pop” and the sauce thickens. Serve warm or chill overnight to serve cold. For a larger gathering, double this recipe.
