I have never been a big fan of Sangria. Sometimes it is too dry and sometimes a little bitter, but a former co-worker of mine found this recipe and it was a HUGE hit at our company “Holiday Reception”…
White Wine Winter Sangria
- 750ML bottle of Pinot Grigio (1big bottle and 1 small for extra)
- 1 bottle-Svedka or Absolut Vodka
- 1 bottle White Pear Arbor Mist
- 1 Liter Sprite Zero
- 1/2 bottle white pear juice
- 5 oz. can diced pears in syrup
- 1 bag of frozen cranberries
- one diced Macintosh apple (for inside the dispenser)
- one diced Granny Smith apple (for inside the dispenser)
- fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Combine all liquids, dice apples and add to dispenser for garnishes. Best if this is served chilled.
