Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 sticks of butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Cups of sugar
  • 3 Cups cake flour, sifted
  • 6 eggs

Preheat oven to 325°

 Cream butter and sugar.  Add cream cheese at room temperature.  Add eggs one at a time while mixing.  Gradually add flour.  Pour into a greased (or spray coated) and sugared, rather than floured tube pan.

 Bake at 325° for 1 ½ hours on middle rack.
